Craig Rosen is the Community Engagement and Professional Development Administrator at the Desert Research Institute Science Alive program. He has been in the field of informal education and administration throughout his career. Mr. Rosen sits on two committees on the Governors STEM Advisory Council in Nevada and has presented at numerous conference across the country on STEAM education. Prior to this position, Craig served as the Executive Director for the Las Vegas Science and Technology Festival bringing together 27,000 members of the community to engage in science exploration. Craig has also served as lead consultant for the Union for Reform Judaism in the area of informal education and has been the Director of Education at schools in both Las Vegas, NV and Santa Barbara, CA.
The Jameson Fellowship focuses on leadership and recognizes individuals – of diverse ages, races, backgrounds, sectors, and organizations - for their contributions to southern Nevada. The Fellowship is an investment in relationships and aims to build a solid and connected leadership base across the nonprofit sector.
