This Southern California girl is daring to live and love greatly from a place of authentic vulnerability in spite of my many heart breaks, successes and failures. True courage arises from this place. The more authentic and vulnerable we can be in places of leadership, the greater permission given to those we lead. Imbued with the awesome responsibility of workforce development for VMSN, my daily mission is to infuse compassion and excellence into every aspect of our care, internally and externally. Being able to hardwire excellence and compassion for sustainability and growth is essential in positioning our organization to widen our reach within the community around us.
