Neal Rosenburg, Dean, School of Nursing at Nevada State College, earned an Honor’s B.A (French) from Saint Louis University; a B.S. Nursing, M.S. Nursing Education & Ph.D. Nursing Research from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He has conducted research in Cameroon, West Africa since 2008 on maternal HIV awareness and prevention via maternal/infant feeding options. His keen interest in societal stigma, gender fluidity and philosophical narratives related to the Queer experience have led him to a post-doctorate fellowship at the Watson Caring Science Institute at the University of Colorado – Denver, under the direct supervision of Dr. Jean Watson, scheduled for completion in June 2017.
