Director of Development

St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation

Jaime Weller-Lafavor serves as the Director of Development for St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation, the fundraising entity for the three Dignity Heath – St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in southern Nevada. Jaime has 17 years of experience in the social service sector predominately serving in fundraising and management roles. In 2009, she moved to health care philanthropy. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jaime served as the Chief Development Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada and as the Executive Director of Lutheran Social Services of Nevada.

Jaime holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is a Grant Certified Professional (GPC) and served the Nevada Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association as Membership Chair for one year and as the Treasurer for four years. Additionally, she served as a Girl Scout Leader for a total of five years. A native of Las Vegas, NV, Jaime, her husband Mark, and their three children live in Las Vegas, NV and enjoy spending much of their free time in the outdoors competing and participating in a variety of sports.
