Elaina Mulé

Elaina Mulé collaborates with UWSN community partners and actively engages the community to create measurable results. She helps to mobilize the community to make effective collective decisions through the use of information, research and data. Mulé has an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations with concentrations in Labor Economics and International & Comparative Labor from Cornell University. She brings a strong foundation to create strategies that will help move people out of poverty. In her previous role at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, Mulé directed research projects and helped to create a highly successful Community Report Card Series, which was instrumental in building awareness for community issues and shaping strategies to help solve those issues. She also spearheaded a pilot project using human centered design with a broad community coalition to develop transportation solutions to help low-income pregnant mothers access prenatal care.
