With a love for building relationships and community service, Angel Williams enthusiastically serves as the Director of Donor Partnerships at Core Powered by The Rogers Foundation. Whether through the last four years Williams has served as an executive leader in fundraising to improve people’s lives, or in the previous 12 years she served creating marketing and communication partnerships to develop new tourism business opportunities – Williams enjoys and thrives when connecting with people to cultivate potential. Prior to Core, Williams served as the Vice President, Donor Engagement at United Way of Southern Nevada and as Chief Development Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada. Her marketing and communication work includes 12 years on the property management team with Miracle Mile Shops, a regional shopping center located on the Las Vegas Strip. Williams is a proud graduate of two leadership programs including the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Las Vegas,” Class of 2013 and United Way Worldwide’s Advanced Leadership Program. She enjoys volunteering with United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council and received a Vegas Inc. 2013 “Women to Watch” designation. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts & Sciences Speech Communication from San Diego State University. She is married to Chris (who always makes her laugh) and has two wonderful daughters, Isabelle and Eva who keep life hopping.
