Marissa Gauvin serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Projects for United Way of Southern Nevada. Her primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership as a senior-level practitioner on the forefront of advancing the organization’s strategic goals.

In 2004 Marissa ran away with the circus and was Production Administrator and Audio Technician for Cirque du Soleil’s KÀ at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. In 2008 she transitioned to Cirque du Soleil’s Resident Shows Division (Corporate) with a focus on technical theatre in entertainment where she held the positions of Training Coordinator, Training Manager and Production Services Manager.
