I have been with Clark County Parks & Recreation for over 25 years. I am also Vice President of the Nevada Recreation and Parks Society. I am very passionate about the power of Recreation. I have seen firsthand the difference it makes in people’s lives. People are constantly learning through recreation without even realizing it. It builds self-esteem in kids, gives them opportunities to experience and learn things they may never have had. It keeps people mentally and physically healthy and connected. The list is endless! My work is my life and I like to recreate too. I hike, bike, swim, play volleyball, kayak, sail, jog, or just about anything outdoors. I have two beautiful daughters that have grown into beautiful young women. My goal is to improve peoples’ lives and reach as many people as I can through recreation.
