Page Patten is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and owner of Glass Always Full coaching and consulting. She considers herself the business coach she wishes she had a decade ago when climbing the corporate ladder. Using Positive Psychology as the basis for her team-building and professional development workshops, she has a passion for working with small businesses and nonprofits to build stronger communities. In addition, Page works toward creating more inclusive business environments for women rising into leadership positions. Her own strengths for facilitating actionable discussions come from her 15 years in the Market Research-based Consulting industry. In fact, she often jokes that people are her most important data points.

Page is proud to serve as 2020 Co-Chair for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Southern Nevada (YNPN) and is a volunteer coach for the after-school program Girls on the Run.
